NOMINATIONS FOR EXECUTIVE COUNCIL VACANCIES AND OFFICERS OF EASL

Members may nominate candidates for 4 membership positions on the executive council which are up for election at the Annual Meeting.  The positions are for two-year terms commencing July 1, 2022 and expiring on June 30, 2023.  Nominees may be current executive council members whose term is expiring provided they otherwise meet the requirement of EASL’s By-laws.  Current executive council members whose terms expire at the end of June 2022 are:

 

Juan Delgado; Alan K. Fertel; J. Mark Ingram; Zachary D. Margules; Marc Stollman

 

Members may nominate candidates for the following 2022/2023 EASL officer positions to commence beginning on July 1, 2022 and expiring on June 30, 2023 as well:

Chair-Elect

Treasurer

Secretary

 

All nominations should be provided to the section administrator by June 1, 2022 via email at afroelich@floridabar.org for delivery to the nominating committee for verification of eligibility criteria.  Please consult EASL’s by-laws for counsel seat and officer requirements.  Nominations will be accepted from the floor at the Annual Meeting, but such nominees will be excluded if their eligibility criteria cannot be verified before the vote of the Membership.
